Unplug monitors from the dock. Hold the power button on your docking station for 3-4 seconds to reset it. Power up the docking station and connect it to your computer. As I'm lazy by nature, will demand minimal plug hassle when docking, so hoping I can buy a Thunderbolt (TB) dock and connect that to output display, KB, mouse and external SSD via a single cable, plus the power cable, providing a two cable docking solution.
