WebTo note, "GSYNC - Application Mode" is "Off" and "GSYNC - Global Mode" is "Off", which I assume is disabling GSYNC. "GSYNC - Application State" set to "Fixed Refresh Rate" seems to be bugged and capping the framerate for some reason. Setting it to anything but that uncaps framerate. WebJun 9, 2024 · G-SYNC works regardless if you have V-SYNC on or off if the monitor is a proper G-SYNC monitor and not one of those "G-SYNC ready monitors". G-Sync works the same way for either G-sync the hardware or G-Sync on Freesync displays. Read the link I provided as it explains the advantages of having V-Sync on in Nvidia Control Panel.
