The good thing - I could access Phoscon App, the Conbee 2 was visible and I upgraded the firmware to latest stable. The Conbee 2 is also connected via adapter cable. The files are outside of the HS backup process, is there an other method of safe guarding the data that the bridge needs in order to avoid having to go through resetting all the devices and re-pairing all of them. I use Ubuntu with a desktop installed. Then you ssh into the pi and launch the deconz app. The command I use is ssh -X user@pi-ip once in type deCONZ. This was the way I had to do it.
